Day of Easter egg hunt

This is the same dress that both my
mom and I wore when we were little.

It seems like ever since our J-bug turned 2, she has become so stinkin independant. Here is a few things she insists on doing "by self": put on her socks, put on her shoes, try to put her pants and shirt on, shut doors, open doors, start and drive the fourwheeler (scary I know), ride the horse, and I am sure there are much more:) Her favorite thing to say right now is "No I can do it". When she is not able to do some of these things by her self, she is fully capable of kicking, screaming, hitting, and pulling my hair. She has a bit of a temper that we are working on:) That aside, she is growing up so quick and so cute. She is so smart and talks so well and clear. We are still working on potty training. My problem with that is that Rance and I both work and are never home for numerous days at a time to really progress with the whole panty thing. It will come soon I hope. Anyways, we are finally enjoying a little bit of summer as a family. We went to Council bear hunting, went to Henry's Lake for Memorial Day, and have riding horses a ton. We LOVE our family time when Rance has a normal work schedule. And we LOVE the joy our little Jaylee brings us every day - so blessed. Here are few updated photos.

Look Who's 2

Our sweet little Jaylee is 2 years old today! I can't even believe it. She had two parties with lots of yummy cupcakes, icecream, presents and guests. Oh how I love that girl! Happy Birthday Jaylee!

CHRISTMAS & JAYLEE UPDATES

Christmas was very fun this year with our little Jaylee. She was more interested in the toys and not the paper like last year. We are having so much fun with her. Jaylee loves reading books, playing with her babies, dancing, singing, and eating. She is truly our bundle of joy (minus the terrible two's tantrums that she has been having lately:)

THE BEGINNING OF FALL

The beginning of fall is my favorite season for the colors, the hunting, & the perfect temperature. So far this fall has been a pretty good one. Rance & I spend some time in the mountains and unfortunately I didn't kill my elk but we had a good time anyways. Rance made a great shot with his bow on a cow elk to help fill up our freezer (he wasn't too proud because it wasn't a bull :) Rance's brother Kent made his first kill with a bow and shot a buck. We aslo moved into our newely remodelled home! Of course we have been chasing around our wild little toddler too - we love her so much!!!!
